COVID Related Cancellations – both Client and CES will take every precaution to protect the other. Should either Client or CES have a COVID-related reason to cancel, and or postpone the event, the canceling party agrees to assume restocking fees for any perishable items already purchased by CES. The non-canceling party agrees to hold the canceling party to no other remedy save rescheduling and assuming restocking costs.
CES Team is fully vaccinated & boosted.
All guests must be fully vaccinated & boosted.
CES Team and all guests will take rapid tests for COVID-19 on the day of the event.
Additional protocols may be added according to guidance from the CDC.
